Express delivery - £4.95 (excl. VAT) (FREE for orders over £60 excl VAT): 

For mainland UK orders, our paint is tinted to order and delivered to your chosen address in 1-2 working days.  Order using our express delivery service before 2pm Monday to Friday, your order will be processed and dispatched the same day.  

 

(Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day). 

Our main courier partner DPD aims to deliver 98% of parcels the next working day but this is not guaranteed, and we cannot accept liability for work started under these conditions.

 

Store Collection - FREE: 

Available for customers located nearby our Cardigan, Ceredigion store location.

 

 

Sample Pots, Colour Cards - FREE: 

We offer complimentary standard shipping on these items.

Please note: Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. 

A surcharge will be applied to deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Islands, the Isle of Wight, The Isle of Man and all Crown dependencies. VAT will be charged on the delivery costs noted.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days does not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).

In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

Deliveries to non-mainland or remote locations may take longer.

Goods delivered by courier should arrive between 8am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives the Courier will leave a card with the contact number for you to call to arrange a suitable time for re delivery or for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

 

Important

We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.

We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

All shipments are governed by the Terms and Conditions of delivery as stated by each individual carrier. West and Wales Decorating Centres Limited will not accept claims for liability or loss against late delivery of any goods.

 

Will it arrive the next working day?

Our express delivery service used is 98% efficient.

98% of parcels processed for a next working day delivery, arrive the following day.  We rely heavily on our couriers to expedite this and occasionally we do not meet this, therefore we cannot guarantee 100% on our next working day delivery service.

We strongly advise you not to book any contractors until you have received all your items in perfect condition we cannot accept liability for work started under these conditions.

 

 

Returns Policy

 

Special Orders – Tinted Products

BRWSH reserves the right to refuse to accept the return of any goods correctly supplied to order except for where such goods have been checked to be defective.

Paints produced by colour tinting machine and special orders correctly supplied to order are not returnable.

 

Standard Orders – White and Untinted Products and Sundries

At BRWSH, we want you to be happy with any purchases that you make from us, and we make every effort to provide comprehensive information on our full range of products to make the decision process as easy as we can.

However, we completely understand that sometimes, we simply change our minds. If the products delivered have not been tinted to a special colour then you have 14 days from the date the order was received to inform us that you would like to return it. This also includes sundry items.

This is subject to the product being returned in its original condition, complete with all parts and accessories.

 

How do I return a product? 

  • Contact our store on 01239 615071 or simply email us at claire@brwsh.co.uk and request a Returns Reference Number within 14 days of receiving your order. If you want to exchange the product for a different one, our team will be happy to help you find an alternative and will happily process that order for you!

  • Once you have your returns number, make sure that the product you want to return is in its original packaging with all the parts and accessories intact. A re-stocking fee may apply if your product isn't returned in this condition.

  • Pack the product(s) into a securely closed box and send them back to the following address with the returns number clearly marked onto the packaging:

  • Products must be returned by registered mail or by your usual transport company, with a delivery tracking service. Please note that BRWSH is not responsible for any costs incurred in returning products to us.

  • Goods must be received by BRWSH, or proof of postage sent to claire@brwsh.co.uk within 14 days of sending you the returns reference number. Once your product has arrived at our offices and has been checked thoroughly, one of our team will process your exchange or refund. Refunds, credit notes or exchanges can only be issued if the goods are received in their original state, including packing, so please take care to open goods carefully.

  • Refunds, credit notes or exchanges will be issued within 14 working days of receiving returned products.
